A1: Here is an example of a photo I took using Broad-Spectrum Digital
(IR > Visible > UV) and adjusting it primarily using curves in Bridge
and Photoshop CS2.

Q1:
http://www.bertmonroy.com/ Astonishing when you consider the pix are entirely hand drawn on layers (sometimes over a thousand!!)

http://www.drysmoke.com/ One of *THE* absolute coolest sites. Great PS work by Rob Cannon.

Q2: Both Chemeketa and the Art Institute have good PS programs. I imagine Mt. Hood , Lewis & Clark, and PCC do also. Still, on the job training is the most practical. just don't spend all your time learning "tricks" and not techniques. You might check out my brand new blog : http://web.mac.com/jdapdx/iWeb/Site/Blog/Blog.html I'll be dealing with issues regarding training yourself to be a color "guru" as time goes on.

Q3: Real world Scanning and Real World Color Management By Bruce Fraiser, et al. Anything by Bruce is worth reading, but these 2 are particularly good.
